We believe returning a product should be simple.

You do not need to provide a reason for your return, explain why you were dissatisfied, or exchange the product for something else.

Simply return the product within the applicable 30-day period.

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to decide whether AquaProLabs is right for you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us within the 30-day return period.

No explanation is required. No questions asked.  Just return your product as outlined below within 30 days of receiving delivery.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and keeping your tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.

Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the returned product.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Your bank or payment-card provider may require additional processing time before the refunded funds appear in your account.
