Order Processing

Orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM ET, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email or text.

Free Standard Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on orders within the United States. We use:

• UPS 2nd Day Air, or
• UPS Ground

We select the service that we expect will provide the faster delivery to your shipping address.  Because UPS Ground transit times vary by destination, the actual carrier service used for an individual order may differ.

Overnight Shipping

UPS Next Day Air is available at checkout for an additional shipping charge. The applicable Next Day Air shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders must be received before 1:00 PM ET to process and ship on the same day. Your overnight delivery will arrive the next business day - note weekends and federal holidays are not business days. 

All AquaProLabs orders are shipped from Virginia, United States.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please use the carrier's tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
